What we are doing....
The first 9 weeks objectives include:
- Place Value
_ Rounding
_ Addition/Subtraction with and without regrouping
- Multi-step word problems with addition and subtraction
- Multiplication
- Multiplicative Comparison
We have 3 math unit assessments this nine weeks. I will let you know when it i closer to the assessment when those will be.

About the Teacher/Welcome Message
Education: I graduated with my Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Memphis State University. After working in the corporate world for ten years, I went back to school to earn my Master's Degree. I earned my Master's of Arts in Teaching from the University of Memphis. Go Tigers!
Experience: I have been teaching for 17 years. I have taught grades Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade,, 3rd grade and now 4th grade.
Bio: I am married to my wonderful husband Bryan. We have three daughters. We also have one dog and two cats.
This is my first year at SES. I am so excited to be here.. We will work hard and learn lots this year!

We will have fact fluency tests on Fridays to make sure students have mastered their multiplication facts.
