Frances Stidham

Hello.

My name is Frances Stidham.  I am the Multidisciplinary Eligibility Team (MET) Chair for Southaven Elementary.  I recently moved to DeSoto County from Oklahoma.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Leadership and a Master's Degree in Special Education with distinctions from the Centers of Exceptional Children from the University of Oklahoma.  I have been in Special Education for 10 years.  However, I have a children that have special education needs.  As a young adult, I worked at a group home for children with special needs for 8 yers.  I live and breathe helping exceptional children and young adults become the most successful versions of themselves.  It is my purpose and my passion.
