Welcome to Our Class!

Assignments/Homework/Grades:

Majority of assignments will be done during class. Daily work will be sent home every Wednesday and Friday in their take-home folders. Please make sure to check folders every day to sign off on behavior calendar and for any important papers!!

The students will receive progress reports and report cards that will be sent home and need to be signed and returned. I will notify you of these times on SchoolStatus.

Homework and a weekly newsletter will be sent home every Monday. Homework is due back in their folder by Friday that same week.

Personal Info:

Hello! My name is Alexa Salmon, better known as Miss Alexa. This is my second year teaching and I absolutely love Kindergarten with all my heart!!

I live in Hernando, MS and I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, and spending time with family. Teaching children and seeing them grow in many ways makes me incredibly happy. My ultimate goal is for every child to succeed in my classroom. I am so excited for a great year and go chargers!
