Education

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi. I have an Associates of Arts degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College. I have endorsements in English (K-12), social studies (K-12), and SPED (Mild/Moderate). 

Experience

I have previous teaching experience in 1st, 2nd, and 5th grade.

As an educator, I will accept all students as they are. I will help students achieve academic and personal goals. I will encourage my students to do their best and overcome any challenges they might face. I want to provide my students with a type of sanctuary in my classroom. I want my students to feel as if they are each important no matter how different. I want to teach because I personally know the importance of a good education and how big of a role teachers play in the lives of children. I want to be a role model for my students just as many teachers were for me.
